Welcome to Sound Club. By using our website or registering for our programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

Students must follow instructor guidelines, safety rules, and equipment use policies. Failure to adhere may result in removal from class without refund. 

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    • Payment is required at the time of registration. 
    • Refunds are issued only in accordance with Sound Club’s refund policy.

  • Missed classes are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. 

 SAFETY & STUDIO RULES

Students must: 

  • Respect Sound Club equipment, instructors, and classmates 
  • Use equipment responsibly 
  • Follow all safety protocols 
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior 

Sound Club is not responsible for lost and damaged personal items. 

Required Equipment Handling Rules:

  • Handle all equipment with care and follow safety protocols at all times
  • Never force controls, connections, or equipment
  • Report any damage or malfunction immediately
  • NO food, beverages, or liquids near any equipment—absolutely no exceptions
  • No moving, repairing, or adjusting equipment without authorization
  • Keep personal belongings out of from equipment areas at all times
  • Follow all instructor volume and safety guidelines

MEDIA & RECORDINGS

Students may be audio or video recorded during classes. Student-created works (e.g., beats, mixes, podcasts) may be stored internally for educational purposes. 

Public use or sharing of recordings requires signed consent from adult students or parents/guardians of minors. 

Sound Club may use Media for marketing and promotional purposes, including print materials, websites, and official social media platforms. We may share Media with third-party vendors, contractors, sponsors, and media partners who support our promotional and operational activities, provided they use Media consistently with this Agreement’s terms. However, Sound Club will not sell or license Media to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to our mission without your separate written consent.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: 

  • Students own their individual creative works.
  • Collaborative works between students and instructors require joint written agreement concerning use, licensing and royalties
  • Sound Club retains a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, non-transferable license to use recordings of student performances made on Sound Club equipment during program sessions solely for promotional purposes.
  • Sound Club retains the right to use anonymized or internal recordings for curriculum, training, and safety.
  • Course materials, curriculum, lesson plans, and website content are the intellectual property of Sound Club. 

 WEBSITE USE 

By using our website, you agree: 

  • Not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the website 
  • Not to copy or distribute copyrighted materials 
  • Not to attempt unauthorized access to accounts or servers 

 Violation of these terms may result in termination of access. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sound Club is not liable for: 

  • Injuries due to improper equipment use 
  • Lost personal property 
  • Accidental damages 
  • Outcomes of educational programs or skill development 

Participation is at your own risk. 

CHANGES TO TERMS 

Sound Club may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or programs indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
