MEDIA RECORDING & CREATIVE CONTENT

As part of Sound Club programs, students may be recorded (audio, video, or photos). Students may also create content, including music, mixes, beats, and podcasts. 

Recordings may be used for: 

  • Class instruction 
  • Student portfolios and playback 
  • Internal training and documentation 

Media Usage Rights: You authorize Philiris Corp., dba Sound Club, its affiliates, officers, and directors to capture and utilize photographs, video footage, and audio recordings of your child (“Media”). Sound Club may identify your child using their first name or a pseudonym (if you request one in writing) within this Media. Permitted Uses: Sound Club may use Media for marketing and promotional purposes, including print materials, websites, and official social media platforms.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share personal information with: 

  • Service Providers: payment processors, scheduling systems, email communication tools, Google Analytics 
  • Instructors and staff for operational needs 
  • Third parties only when required by law or to protect safety 

We do not sell personal information. 

We may share Media with third-party vendors, contractors, sponsors, and media partners who support our promotional and operational activities, provided they use Media consistently with this Agreement’s terms. However, Sound Club will not sell or license Media to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to our mission without your separate written consent.

Sound Club uses cookies and Google Analytics to improve website performance and user experience. 

You can control cookie settings in your browser. 

DATA SECURITY 

We use security measures designed to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and limited access for authorized personnel. 

However, no method of transmission is 100% secure. 

DATA RENTENTION 

We retain information for as long as needed to: 

  • Provide services 
  • Comply with legal obligations 
  • Maintain internal records 

Parents/guardians may request deletion at any time. 

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request: 

    • Access to your information 
    • Corrections 
    • Deletion
